Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010

How do you change the default show option in Outlook 2010 and 2007. I need e-mail messages to open as a message and not as the third party add-in. See attached file.
thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

try this one switch:

/resetnavpane

Outlook 2007 and 2010 only. Resets the navigation pane back to the default when Outlook starts.

or

/noextensions

Starts Outlook with extensions turned off, but listed in the Add-In Manager.
