SharePoint Designer 2007 capability Windows 7 (Home Ed)

Does anyone know if the SharePoint Designer 2007.exe is able to be loaded onto a Windows 7 system.  I have tried to execute/load the software in the x86 directory as the administrator and XP (sp3) settings.  Any suggestions if this is possible?
