Outlook Web Access 2007 NotWorking

For some reason this morning OWA will not work.  We are getting email on the computer side but we cant on the phones or iPads.
Can someone point me in the right direction on getting this fixed?  We have users that use OWA to check email and are unable to check it right now.

We are running Exchange Server 2007.

Can you verify that all of the Exchange services are running?
Can you access OWA internally?

Yes. They are running internally.  We are looking to see if port 443 is not open.  Server is behind a Sonicwall NSA 2400.  Could not telnet on that port.

Then you definitely need to check your firewall. You should be able to telnet to port 25 and receive a response.

Determined port was closed and it ended up being the port. Opened it up and OWA was working.
