bcc'd email received by postmaster

We have a client with Windows Server 2003 / Exchange 2003 and all bcc'd email is delivered to the postmaster account - does anyone know how to change this so bcc'd email will be delivered to intended recipient. Thanks.

When a bcc'd email is sent only the postmaster is recieving them or everyone in the bcc + the postmaster?

Also is it a non-delivery report that the postmaster is receiving?

ASKER

Hi sorry for delay - only the postmaster receiving the bcc'd email within the organsisation and no non-delivery just the actual email. They are using SMTP not POP3 if that helps.
Well you can look at the headers and see if there is a redirection going on.

You can also try using the Message Tracker in Exchange.

In Exchange System Manager under tools is Message Tracker.
