Hi sorry for delay - only the postmaster receiving the bcc'd email within the organsisation and no non-delivery just the actual email. They are using SMTP not POP3 if that helps.

Well you can look at the headers and see if there is a redirection going on.<br />

You can also try using the Message Tracker in Exchange.<br />
