Outlook 2007 Exchange 2010 Global Address List

When we create a new user on the network outlook picks up everyone on the GAL. But the old users do not. When i go to the properties of the GAL in outlook  2007 the server path is pointing to the local pc not the server. I go to try to change it and it will not let me. Im wondering if there is anything I can do to try to force that to change without recreating the outlook profile. I tried gpupdate /force, and tools send and receive download GAL.  nothing works.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can delete or move them to some other location to be on safer side.these are just cache address book files and should get regenerated once outlook is connected with exchange.
