Hello I am having the following issues, only report are not running

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSCRMReporting
Event Category: None
Event ID: 19969

Web service request GetDataSources to Report Server https://servername/ReportServer failed with SoapException.
Error: The path of the item '/OrgName_MSCRM/4.0/' is not valid.
The full path must be less than 260 characters long; other restrictions apply. If the report server is in native mode, the path must start with slash. (rsInvalidItemPath)

No, I haven't done that, should i first backup the current connection
