I am looking for software that will work with my Logitech webcam 900 camera and display the image from the camera on my computer screen at full resolution. &nbsp;I don't need to broadcast or anything, but need the lowest latency I can get. <br />

I do want to use it basically as a webcam, but without the &quot;web&quot; part. It doesn't need to broadcast anything anywhere, just display on the monitor. Real time.<br />

The only software I have found that will do full screen at 16:9 is VLC. &nbsp;However, there are two problems with VLC: &nbsp;it introduces a lot of latency and the video looks very jerky, like it is not getting full frame rate - I need it smoother.<br />
