Every time I look for the a thin and light laptop like the Zenbook Asus, I find out that they don't have a dvd player on it because its so thin.  Is there any high performance laptop out there that is under 3 pounds and also has a dvd player??

I do not know of any mainstream, good quality laptop that has DVD and weighs less than 3 pounds. I use Lenovo and any notebook with a DVD is 4.5 pounds or a bit more.  All of the 3 pound notebooks do not have DVD. .... Thinkpads_User
