I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What kind of data?  AD?  Databases?  Exchange?  File shares?  SharePoint?  Web sites?  You really need specifics if you want a good answer.

if the servers are within one domain and you need to sync files only - you can use DFS.
Sone customers use scripts to sync files or databases (the DB server proccess have to shutdown before) over wan links at night.
depend of your need.
but regard the possibilities of inconsistencies.
