I have SharePoint Online Enterprise Plan E1.
Here, all the users have thier own My Site Page and added colleagues , assistant, etc.
But when i click on the Organization Browser link , it shows up only my details . If i have added colleague to My Team, then why doesn't it shows up along with my profile in Organization Browser?
Also, while updating My profile page, i get the field of assistant only , yes others fields are present, but where do i update My Manager name i.e my immediate manager.

There is a manager field in active directory you can use to show line of reporting in OB - when peoples managers are populated the OB falls into place. Colleagues is more of a social thing for sharing and keeping in touch within sharepoint rather than a way to show team members etc in OB

Can you provide me the steps involved for using Manager field data from Active Directory to show line of reporting in OB?

You either populate this field in AD and then map it under user properties in user profile settings in sharepoint or you get people to fill it out themselves under "edit my profile" in mysite

I don't find Manager field while updating my profile on My Site. The fields which are avialable for me while editing my profile in my site are as follows:
Basic Information:
Account Name, Name, About me, Picture,Ask Me About.
Contact Information:
Work e-mail, Mobile phone, Fax, Home phone, Office Location, Time Zone,Assistant.
Details:
Past Projects, Skills, Schools, Birthday,
Newsfeed Settings:

So, then where to update it the manager name so that it will reflect my manager along with my colleagues in OB?

Go to manage service applications and click on your user profile service. Click manage. Go to user properties. Scroll to manager, click and select edit. Check the radio button that says allow users to edit this property
