Setting up to sql server and  asp.net 2008 for debugging

Hi,

I need to debug a stored procedure from my asp.net IDE.
My SQL Server 2005 is on my VPS.
From my asp.net IDE I can view my database and in my web config file I connect to it using a username and password.  No problems.
However, now when I need to debug a stored procedure, I receive a message that I must use Windows Authentication.
How do I assign these rights on my desktop asp.net and my database?

Thanks,

Maybe my question wasn't clear, but my connection string is fine. I use an IP address within my connection string to access my remote sql server 2005.  I have full access to the remote Windows 2008 r2 server.

I need to know how to configure my sql server/asp.net to allow debugging in my IDE.  When I try to allow it within my IDE, I get the following error...

"You must enable app debugging on a connection that uses Windows authentication and that connection must have sysadmin rights to the server"

How do I set up my remote sql server 2005 and/or my asp.net 2005 to allow debugging?
