jquery navigation slide in main content

Hi

I have a site here:http://healthright.co.uk/gfm/

I want the navigation to control the main content area. So say "Our services" is clicked then our services to slide in from the right. (if you click "home" you will see the effect i want)

how can i get this to work for each navigation item?
