Issue may be because of outlook profile corruption. <br />

If this issue occurs for few users, login to those users mailbox using OWA, where you can see few emails still on outbox, if it there, delete it.<br />
<br />
Those email will be sent already, but due to various reason it will still on outbox, and if you restart ur exchange server, it will be resent.<br />

I think most users got some old emails from January, this happened once before and we applied a service pack but still not cured.<br />
<br />
I checked a couple of OWA's outboxes and there was nothing there. Maybe the problem has gone? The only way to find out would be restarting and risking annoying everyone.
