MVC ,when resize the window the design is changed

hello all of u ,
i am making MVC project and the design is working well in normal sized window , but when resize the window the design is changed to the worse !
here is the normal design in normal sized window
normal windowand here is the design after minimize the window
minimized window
any help ?!

Seems that fixed lengths have been specified . Try specifying the lengths in terms of percentages and see
