Duplicating emails

Hi,

One of my client is experiencing a strange behaviour of Outlook.

When he performs a search, the results showed up so you highlight multiple entries by holding down your CTRL then click to selective emails then you attempt to drag them into specific folder all of a sudden, the emails being highlighted duplicate themselves in the inbox.

I though I post this and see if you've come across such issue with Outlook 2003 SP3 in the past as I will be on site tomorrow to investigate further.

Appreciate your input.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Is that a pop3 outlook profile? seems like you moved the emails from the mailbox from the outlook to archive and those get downloaded again from the server, where you set an option to leave those emails for certain days..

Not sure above is correct. check and inform, how the outlook is configured to receive emails..
