I am running SharePoint 2007 WSS. The server is hosted with an external provider, I have administrator access to all SharePoint sites, however not to the servers configuration.
I have been given the task to create a Bonus Calculator Form for employees within SharePoint. I have discovered the Form Web Part within SharePoint, I would like to know how I can configure this form to connect to value in one of my document libraries.
The bonus is calculated as follows -
1) Gross Salary * 2) Annual review rating * 3) Customer Satisfaction % * 4)Company profits %
Questions 1,2,3 I can create a form where the user will enter their data.
Question 4 is set by the manager. It is created in a document library where the employees do not have access.
My question is how do I configure the form to connect to that value?
