ASP.NET Add Service Reference Error

I am trying to add a service reference with an ssl url.  It finds it but when it is adding it - I receive an error.

It says:

Failed to add Serivice reference
'APIServiceReference.Reference'.
Error:Exception from HRESULT:0x80040400
Please use Error List window to view the full error message.

Where is the Error List Window to view the error?

On View Menu -> Error List.
