Blackberry old mails missing

Hi Experts,

We have a blackberry user who is facing send/receive mails from wednesday.

We have deleted servcie book and resend . From today user is able to send/recieve mails.

But he is reporting all the mails from wednesday to today morning are missing.

Please help me with the troubleshooting steps.

If the device was having send/receive issues they would not get old emails once you restored service to the device...If the user wants the old messages you could wipe device, remove user from server and re-activate device for pre-population of old emails.

Me in your situation I teach users how to look up emails remotely from their device using the search function. Again this is assuming you are on at least BES 5.0.1 or greater
