We have a blackberry user who is facing send/receive mails from wednesday.<br />
<br />
We have deleted servcie book and resend . From today user is able to send/recieve mails.<br />
<br />
But he is reporting all the mails from wednesday to today morning are missing.<br />
<br />
Please help me with the troubleshooting steps.<br />
