what is sp_procedure_params_100_managed

our application keeps getting timeout error that includes this SP, "sp_procedure_params_100_managed".  we are not using Enterprise Library at all, so can someone tell me why this SP is being called constantly?  thanks.

Since you have ruled out Enterprise Library, then it might be nice to have a list of other components that you are using, like SQL Server Reporting Services.

What type of application are you working with?
