Cisco Call Manager Wave files

Hi,

We no longer have a voip manager and need to change the greeting wave file for the "phone tree." I can navigate pretty fluently in CM and Unity but where do I go to replace this particular file? This is the file that is played upon someone initially calling our company.

Thanks

This is for Unity 1.X, but still relevant.

you'll have to find out which is the Main Greeting Handler, by default, I think it's the one named Greeting or Main Greeting. there should be a java plugin that allows you to hear the current greeting and there should also be a drop-down where you can upload a wav file.
