You have to have Godaddy's older Windows hosting.  It is not supported on the most current hosting.  In addition, you will have only local access on the web server to your Access database thru a FileDSN.  They do not and neither does anyone else support remote access to an Access database from a desktop to a hosted web server.

Hi there DaveBaldwin!
Thank you for your response...

Our Godaddy's windows account is just since last year.

So, any other options in order for us to have our PHP & MS Access be workable on the web? and not by local site only...

Thank you and hope to hear again soon...

No.  You should consider migrating from Access to MySQL which is available in your Godaddy account.  It is much more suited for use on the web.
