bulk contacts update Exchange 2003

public phone numbering plan has changed in Argentina yesterday for a few cities. A new area code was set and an aditional digit was defined for line numbers.

I need to update in user mailboxes contact folder all phone information containing the old area code and replace with the new and add an extra digit in phone number.

any idea how to do this?

thanks in advance.
