FMS 4.5 Flash Media Server and installing files
I cannot get the zip file of Strobe Media Playback to unzip in a folder of \Program Files\ . . . \applications\ . There have been a few problems with working with Flash Media Developer Server 4.5 in \Program Files\ . The OS is Window 7 and you need Admin rights to work in \Program Files\ .
Would it hurt to un-install Flash Media Developer Server 4.5 in \Program Files\ and install it and related files to another folder on my PC's hard drive? Are there any pitfalls on installing it to a folder that does Not require Admin rights to do things in FMS 4.5 and other files?

That is probably the best suggestion as these programs are not written to address the current windows security profile.

Moving FMS 4.5 files and media files out of \Program Files\ will probably
lead to easier installations and uses of these files in Windows 7.
