I managed Exchange Server 2003/2007 for 4 years and have joined a company who wants the benefits of it without managing the hardware and software internally. Mainly they've tasked me with finding a hosting provider. Can anyone make some recommendations and why? Currently I'm looking into Office 365 which has the best price I can find, but not real human phone based technical support with paying for their premium plan. The integrations look awesome though. I'm also checking out Intermedia.com which has hosted exchange  as well as reselling Office 365 (for a higher cost than microsoft). I just don't know if they'll be any good at things like technical support, uptime, and anti-spam. Right now our provider gives us access to our spam box to release accidentally blocked spam and doesn't show us stuff that is blatantly spam. Intermedia apparently just puts everything in our junkmail folder.

Anyone else have suggestions? I've used Sherweb before but have not heard the greatest reviews lately for the cost. We have to take advantage of single sign-on via AD synchronization so we can reduce the number of passwords to remember and so they'll have a web based means of resetting their password when not in the office.

Thanks!

My suggestion would be OFFICE 365. There is a campain running at the moment with about 20% discounts as far as i know (or the price was redused wioth 20%). And actually there is human phone support even localizaed in different languages.
If you would like to see only the consoles of your mail solution and stop care about software updates, hardware etc.  this is the best choise :-).
