Windows Live Mail issues

Hello,

I have a situation where Windows Live mail is behaving strangely. There are a number of different issues that I have listed below:

1. I can print emails and attachments that I receive addressed to me. I cannot print emails and attachments from replies to my email. Printing from any other application (browser included) within Windows works fine.
2. I had an email vanish after printing the attachment from within my Windows Live mailbox. (I did not hit any key combination to cause a user based deletion). It is not in the deleted folder, nor any other folder within Windows Live Mail.
3. I want to be able to right click on an attachment and send to mail, but have the email come up in the html format, rather than straight text. I am having issues when inserting a signature, the format is incorrect (double line spaced) - and the signature does not automatically insert, but is configured to insert on new mail and replied.

Sounds like the entire program is bugged.

Please try a Re-install, I think It will do miracles for you.

Did the reinstall and the issue still exists.

I have also installed Thunderbird as an alternative and all works well.

Windows Live mail is installed as a client application within Windows 7. It has been configured to connect using SMTP and POP3 to my client's Internet Service Provider Mail service.

Just as a thought, could a quota limit being exceeded at the Internet Service Provider Mailbox end cause this sort of printing issue within Windows Live Mail? I don't think that there is any logical link, but this is windows...
