Windows Live Mail issues

Hello,

I have a situation where Windows Live mail is behaving strangely. There are a number of different issues that I have listed below:

1. I can print emails and attachments that I receive addressed to me. I cannot print emails and attachments from replies to my email. Printing from any other application (browser included) within Windows works fine.
2. I had an email vanish after printing the attachment from within my Windows Live mailbox. (I did not hit any key combination to cause a user based deletion). It is not in the deleted folder, nor any other folder within Windows Live Mail.
3. I want to be able to right click on an attachment and send to mail, but have the email come up in the html format, rather than straight text. I am having issues when inserting a signature, the format is incorrect (double line spaced) - and the signature does not automatically insert, but is configured to insert on new mail and replied.

Many thanks for any advice.

Sounds like the entire program is bugged.

Please try a Re-install, I think It will do miracles for you.

Did the reinstall and the issue still exists.

I have also installed Thunderbird as an alternative and all works well.

Windows Live mail is installed as a client application within Windows 7. It has been configured to connect using SMTP and POP3 to my client's Internet Service Provider Mail service.

Just as a thought, could a quota limit being exceeded at the Internet Service Provider Mailbox end cause this sort of printing issue within Windows Live Mail? I don't think that there is any logical link, but this is windows...
