Dear Experts,

I want VBA codes to send the mail from Excel file to predefined recipients . The excel file will be attached to mail.

As some of our yours are using Outlook & others are using ThunderBird hence codes shall work in both.

Please suggest.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for looking into,
I already checked the link http://www.rondebruin.nl/cdo.htm.

But it does not talks about the mail merge using Thunderbird.

Now to simplify I decided to put to command buttons, one for outlook & another is for Thunderbird.

Can you please suggest codes for attaching the excel file in Thunderbird mail message.

Regards,
Nilesh.

CEO uses the default mail client and can in addition be set to use the mail server so in what way does it not work?

If you explicitly want to mail merge then you will need to loop through the recipients in vba sending each separately as processed in the loop.
