MS Outlook 2007 doesn't do send/receive

I am using MS Outlook 2007, and it recently stopped doing an automated send/receive on a regular basis.
I checked, and the settings are still configured to send/receive every 1 minute(s).
I ran office diagnostics. It found and repaired one problem. I rebooted and restarted. I ran ScanPST on the primary folder.Still the problem persists.

Any ideas what else i can try?

Thank you.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Can you send and receive emails when you manually hit Send/Receive?

Are you running Windows 7?  Try and do an Office Repair, when you go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.  Then do use the Repair feature on Microsoft Office.

This worked. Thank you. The only problem is that I now have 2 send/receive groups. One that works and one that does not work.

I have found this,

Completely reset your Send/Receive settings by renaming the srs-file for
your profile to .old

Hope it helps..
