How to set checkbox in datagrid with database results

I'm trying to set the checkbox in a datagrid that is sourced to a datatable where the column bound to the checkbox is an integer column (1,0).

I'm assuming I can used the Checked='<%%>'  but I'm not clear how this works. If someone can show a code snippet (in vb) that would be great.
