Hello All,
can u please help me on below error, i got it from oem.

Snapshot Too Old Error detected: SQL ID g3r5zubv08wzt, Snapshot SCN 0x0b8b.18581f6a, Recent SCN 0x0b8b.327ac0ca, Undo Ta
blespace UNDOTBS, Current Undo Retention 3041.
