I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It's added via code somehow.  Whether that's an add-in or locally run VBA code, my guess would certainly be an add-in.  It looks like Excel 2003?  If so, go to Tools | Add-Ins..., check the list and see what's installed.  If you have multiple add-ins installed (checked items), to be certain of which one it is you may have to take them off one at a time and see what functionality is lost (i.e. right click a cell) to pinpoint what add-in is giving you that menu.  Like I said I'm not familiar with that particular functionality on a specific add-in.

Please note that add-ins are proprietary, and some companies charge for each install or download.  Make sure you check with the manufacturers recommendations and stipulations regarding their software.
