Cannot login F5 Big-IP user web broswer after

I cannot log in F5 BIG-IP device using the web browser after it was installed with the new firmware.  When I try to log in, the F5 try to authenticate the user login, and then it shows up the login screen again.  Please advise if you know what the problem is.  Thx.

Depending on how the upgrade was preformed the unit may have reverted back to the factory defualts.  Have you tried using the default password?  admin/admin
