Mailbox upgrade exchange 2007 to 2010

My exchange hosting company (hostway) has updated their exchange server from 2007 to 2010 and suggested I upgrade my account. So I did and now I cant get outlook to work.

Basic problem: I deleted my 2007 account and created the 2010 account. After it found the exchange setting when setting up the mail box I got a error "cannot open default e-mail folders" so I hit ok and when I opened outlook every time there is a send receive I get a "Synchronization log" in my deleted items box. My inbox will not sync but I can however send emails.

I setup my windows phone and it works fine with the new 2010 exchange account
I have tried it on 2 different computer both running outlook 2010 with the same result.
Hosting company said they tried it on their machine it it works fine
I changed my phone to use the data over my wifi so I can eliminate the ISP.
I have deleted and recreated the email account and also profiles many times. Even went as far as moving any files in the outlook folder.

Thoughts? Ideas?

Below is what the Synchronization log looks like that shows up in my deleted items folder every time there is a send receive.

seems like you are using some addins or outlook connector to configure the outlook profile. is that true?

Is that error appearing up when you are opening outlook from start -> Run -> type outlook /safe

So the issue appearing only when using outlook ?

Well after jacking around all day I called the hosting company and they had a issue on their end. I guess there was a conflict in there system with deleting my mail box in exchange 2007 and recreating it in 2010.

In the beginning they said on their end they could setup outlook just fine but when I called later they were able to reproduce the problem I was having.

This ended up being a problem with the hosting provider not on my end.
