few Mails from External domain are going to Junk folder
Hi All,
Few Mails from External domain are going to Junk folder. There are no rules set locally and on the server Exchange 2007 with no anti spam on HUB transport.
We have a external gateway. What are the things need to be checked & troubleshoot.

You didn't state if you were using outlook. It seems like it but most email clients have a built in junk program that subscribes to a list. Below is how to work with Outlook, if you are using something different let me know.
