Hi All,

Few Mails from External domain are going to Junk folder. There are no rules set locally and on the server Exchange 2007 with no anti spam on HUB transport.

We have a external gateway. What are the things need to be checked & troubleshoot.

If you are using Outlook that has it's own Junk Mail subscription, you can turn it off using GPO. Or on the ones that hit junk right click and add domain as trusted. If you have a large ORG that will have to be done on a case by case basis.

Thank you for your resolution.

But as of now 20 users are having the same issue. Can we check with the gateway team to check whther it is whitelisted or not.

You didn't state if you were using outlook. It seems like it but most email clients have a built in junk program that subscribes to a list. Below is how to work with Outlook, if you are using something different let me know.
