MAC and Boot Camp

I started working on a Mac that already had Boot Camp set up. I installed parallels.  As of now, the  Windows side only has one gig of RAM assigned to it.  I'm getting a lack of memory error when trying to install a program on Windows, due to the lack of memory on the Windows side.  This Mac machine has 12 gigs of RAM total!  Is there an "easy" way to transfer some RAM from Mac OS to Windows OS???

Open Parallels, select the OS you want to configure and with NO virtual machine running, click on Configure, then go to the options for Ram, now you can allocate however much RAM you want.
