password change policy

Hi Experts,

how we can change password on network devices priodically. netwrok devices (router+switches) are mix of cisco and alcatel. ??

Normally should have Radius server authentication. this helps in changing password at one please instead of changing in all 100's of devices.

or use some script or tools
