Im currently having a problem with a clients BES Express.
We are simply trying to logon to it to re-initialise someones blackberry and cannot login.
We have reset the password of the BESAdmin user in active directory and have checked that the domain and username are correct which they are, but still cannot login.
We restarted the BES services (in the correct order) after the password change but this also made no difference.
Does anyone know how I can get in or what this issue may be.
