Cannot log onto BES Express


Im currently having a problem with a clients BES Express.

We are simply trying to logon to it to re-initialise someones blackberry and cannot login.

We have reset the password of the BESAdmin user in active directory and have checked that the domain and username are correct which they are, but still cannot login.

We restarted the BES services (in the correct order) after the password change but this also made no difference.

Does anyone know how I can get in or what this issue may be.

Log in as Administrator on the machine, check the "Login as" and "local login " rights in local policy...  They might have restricted the BESAdmin to log in after install was finished the first time...

Also, you should be able to connect to the BB Admin GUI via https://machinename.domain.local:3553

Tried as suggested. Didnt help.

Local policy was correct.

Couldnt access the site by the BB Admin GUI.

We are having the problem with the BES Express logon page not the Windows Logon.

If you have changed the password then update the same for all the blackberry services which are running under BESAdmin account.
Also update the same in Blackberry Server Configuration - Administartion Service- Ad setting and updated the new password.
- Then restarted the BAS-AS and BAS-NCC services and then logged into BAS webconsole successfully.

Note- Wait for 15 to 30mins for the changes to take effect.

If that does not work then kindly let us know what exact error you are getting when you trying to login with the besadmin account into BAS webconsole.
