Its the co-existence thats causing the issue, so not the same issue as I mine as my 2003 Exchange had been removed - however it is a recognised problem

I had the same issue post migration this week, within Outlook I just went to open shared calander and selected the required user again and it automatically reconnected it back up - have you tried this?

Just check the link to the hotfix I have sent you, this explains why the co-existence causes issues with the calander and the hotfix should resolve the issue for you

So where we have to install this hot fix , Forsnt end server or BAckend servers ?

DLeaverCommented:
I would install it on all of your Exch 2003 boxes.

Reading the hotfix I would lean towards the backend servers where the mailboxes are stored, but I think running it on all Exch 2003 servers would be advisable
