We are building an in-house server for which we have purchased a pair of refurbished Intel X5570 CPUs. We want to make sure that these CPUs are in good-order or we need to return them.

Is there any way we could run some diagnostics / benchmarking tests to get some information on how the CPUs perform?

The OS is Windows Server 2008 R2.
