Benchmark and test Intel X5570 CPUs

We are building an in-house server for which we have purchased a pair of refurbished Intel X5570 CPUs. We want to make sure that these CPUs are in good-order or we need to return them.

Is there any way we could run some diagnostics / benchmarking tests to get some information on how the CPUs perform?

The OS is Windows Server 2008 R2.

You can compare your Passmark score to the one on their website, which is an average of all contributors' scores using that cpu: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/
