I don't see  UTILITY menu on the LCD panel

The control panel (page 11 of the user manual above) shows the navigation through menus and how you can reach Utility Menu - which is very important for a lot of settings.<br />
If you don't not see it then try to see what you can do with the original software (remote settings from PC) or to reset the machine to default factory settings - that is a general rule for any machine.<br />
You have to have access to that menu for other further settings.
