If i log onto the server and try to browse to the CompanyWeb website, it asks for teh username and password 3 times then errors 401.1 denied due to credentials.

If i logon from any other computer it works fine.

The server was an sbs2003 box then upgraded to Server 2003 Std.

Not sure where to start....Help Please!!!

You may need an additional update: KB961143.

Note You must have .NET Framework 2.0 installed before you apply this update.

If that doesn't solve it, I've had success before with this sort of thing by telling IIS to use Kerberos and/or NTLM for authentication, details of how to do this are here:

NOTE: ENSURE YOU HAVE A BACKUP OF YOUR SERVER FIRST
