Using Business Objects Query Builder; how do I get a list of ALL reports and the email distribution and the alert email distribution for each report.

The Query Builder is a real pain, IMO.  I can't stand using it.  You might have better luck downloading a user-created SDK-based spreadsheet, like the following:

XIR2 scheduling instances viewer
XI Document Schedules and Users Utility
XI3.1 - Recurring Instance Detail List - Excel 2007 Macro
