I have a challange.
My current sharepoint site consists of one administrator, one contributor and multiple read only download users.
The contributor updates the document library with updated pdf documents.
The multiple read only users receive an email alerting them that the document/s have been updated. The user should then log in and download the updated files.
The management would like a receipt that the read only download users have downloaded the latest files. What would be the best way to initiate this and to log the results in a database which could be reported on .
