C:\WINDOWS\Bginfo.exe xxxx.bgi /timer:0 /silent /NOLICPROMPT

Replace xxxx with the customized .bgi file you have created.

ok. now no license agreement window but a another window pops up to apply the wallpaper. user needs to click "apply" button for the wallpaper to appear on the desktop.

Is there any workaround for this?

Thanks
