Outlook/Exchange synch issues

I have one user on the network that seems to be having issues getting all of his appointments to synch with all of his devices. If he makes an appointment on his calendar in outlook, it sometimes will not be on his Iphone nor will it show up on his shared calendar on his secretary's outlook.
I have it all up to date with patches and updates.
Thanks.

What version of Exchange? Also, have you tried completely removing the account from their phone and resetting it up? That has has worked for me a few times with clients of mine.

Have you checked the permissions of the calendar to make sure the secretary has full control of the shared calendar? If you right click on the Calendar in outlook and select properties, you will see a permissions tab. You can add the users that need to be able to modify the calendar in question.

Can’t get the mobile email signature right?

Not having any luck when trying to create an email signature for mobile devices? Does the formatting keep messing up? Make sure you have great email signatures on all devices by using Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365.
