Let me start of by explaining what I want as an end result :

I want to have a installation that the user install on his computer that will create a new button on his MS Word.  When he click on that button the font must change for the selected text.
I don't want the user to do any interaction, only execute the setup from a CD and the button must appear on the word 2007 toolbar for every document he opens.

How would I do this?
