Windows -- Printer Drivers ?

We are replacing 40+ printers on our Windows 2003 server.

What is the best solution for mass changing all XP clients without having to manually change on 200+ machines ?

Maybe some type of "PUSH update" that changes user "PRT_Pur1" printer to the new driver ?

Various scripts out there, either VB or login based.
Obviously all clients don't need 40 printers...so are these classed by OU ? Or If not how do you identify the location...User or IP?

If you let me know I'll get you a link for an ideal script.

Mainly classed by OU, but some users have extra printers.
