How to customise Citrix Receiver with Server location and Pass thru authentication

Hello there, I have used the command line paramaters to install Citrix Receiver as shown in the attached screenshots, as a test run to be ready for XenApp 6.5 cutover.
Currently the farm in production is XenApp 4.5 farm, when i launched Citrix Receiver, after installing, I get no apps listed on my deskop,

I attempted a clean install by removing old client 11.2 and also remanants in the profiles, and good registry cleanup of old client. But cannot get Citrix Receiver talk to my current XenApp 4.5 farm? Is there any thing missing in command line parameters?

Please advise.

Thanks and Regards.

The PN_Agent which allows access to apps from desktop doesn't exist in the CitrixReceiver.exe. It is only available in the citrixReceiverEnterprise.exe version. So you should use the latter one instead.

Moreover the value for the SERVER_LOCATION should be in the format:
<http://servername>      OR
<https://servername>

e.g. if my Web Interface server's name is WI01 then the location should be as:
SERVER_LOCATION="http://WI01"

Sorry I found the link and downloaded the citrixReceiverEnterprise.exe and did a test run.

Yes I can see the icon on the taskbar but it's blue in color and not the Receiver icon (black)? Is this normal?

When I right click the icon and go to About... The version is shown as 13.1.0.89
I can see that Citrix Receiver program is downloaded and appears in Start -> All Programs -> Citrix -> Receiver

Veeam Task Manager for Hyper-V

Task Manager for Hyper-V provides critical information that allows you to monitor Hyper-V performance by displaying real-time views of CPU and memory at the individual VM-level, so you can quickly identify which VMs are using host resources.

It seems that you have installed the receiver over a previously installed plugin?

You need to uninstall properly before you install the receiver.

The version 13.1.0.89 is the latest plugin (online plugin) which comes within the receiver.

I have followed how to remove the remanants from your previous suggestion, in a test PC. But still the icon color on the system tray is same as Citrix Online Plug-in 11.2 even though it has installed all the features of Citrix receiver, I can confirm by right clicking the icon.
This has become show stopper for me to upgrade the 11.2 client to 13.6.

IS there any location in the registry where it holds icon cache of Citrix online plugin 11.2

Please advise.

I forgot to to include the ReceiverInside component via command line installation.

CitrixReceiverEnterprise.exe /silent ADDLOCAL="ReceiverInside,ICA_Client,PN_Agent" ENABLE_SSON=no INSTALLDIR="c:\test" ENABLE_DYNAMIC_CLIENT_NAME=Yes DEFAULT_NDSCONTEXT="Context1,Context2" SERVER_LOCATION="http://testserver.net" CLIENT_NAME="Modified"
