Hello all of u ,
i am trying to make legend centered , i t works fine on chrome , but it is n't centered in IE.

here is css code :
legend 
{
    text-align:center;
    color: #FE0404;
    text-decoration:underline;
    padding-left:4px;
    padding-right:4px;
    font-weight:bold;
   
   
}

What version of IE?  If it is earlier than IE9, you may have to use an align attribute directly on the tag.  If the page is HTML5, then the align property on the tag is not supported, so you may be forced to use an older DOCTYPE like xhtml1.0 or html4.01
