Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation error message

I'm just trying to play a DVD of exercise files to learn MS Excel.  Adobe Flash wants me to change my settings and I don't know how. Please help. See attached.

click the button setting on the error message and follow this guide :
