Outlook contacts in the pulldown memory of new mail.

dear,
when we send email from outlook and typed the email address it saved in teh temporary memory. When next time we compose email and try to type same address it appears automatically. now I have lot of contacts int eh outlook profile memory. how we can get those in excel or txt file and save it permanatly.

The file where all the auto-complete addresses are saved is called NK2 file. It is located under C:\Documents and Settings\[User Profile]\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. There are many free tools available on the internet to export NK2 to a excel or text file:
